Halle’s snow day…
snow baby…
Fact: Arkansas hasn’t had this much snow in I can’t remember when. So you better believe that I am not going to pass up the chance to get some beautiful shots of my girls in the snow! Today, it is all about Lily. She and I got to spend some time alone just playing and taking pictures. It was so nice to be together and watch my little girl experience the magic and wonderment of a deep, fluffy snow. Oh to have the heart of a child again!
A few more favorites from this newborn session…
It’s Workshop Time!!!
Update: The Workshop is sold out! Please contact me if you would like to be put on my mailing list for future workshops. Thanks!
I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed teaching my workshops last spring and fall! At first, I was a little nervous about how I would be as a teacher, but my confidence has definitely grown since the first workshop and I look forward to the next one each and every time. All of my past attendees have been such fun and fabulous people and meeting women, and men, from all over the place has been the coolest! I am flattered to have so many out of state attendees with some driving from 9 hrs away to attend! Anywho (yes, I said anywho. What of it?), here is my cutesy flyer for my February workshop. I would just love for you to be there! Click here for more in-depth 411 on what I cover at the workshop. Peace out.
Cozumel wedding…
Despite all of the things that went wrong on their cruise, Sam and Justin managed to tie the knot! This “eventful” cruise faced challenges ranging from being fogged in at port and losing a day and a port of call to having the wedding rained on and 15 foot waves rocking the boat on the way home! My first destination wedding broke me in well for expecting the unexpected! John got to go with me on this trip and even shot back-up for me at the wedding. I think he did a fabulous job! Though the trip had its challenges, we had so much fun and I look forward to more destination weddings in the future. Justin and Sam, thanks so much for choosing me to photograph your big day. It is a day (and a trip) that none of us will soon forget! Sam and Justin did a first look so that we could take their pictures before the ceremony. I am so glad we did because just as soon as Sam started to walk down the aisle for the ceremony, it started poring down rain! Needless to say, the heat, rain and hairspray were not a good combination for our hair!
Samantha was such a knock out!
The above is one of John’s shots
John captured this shot of Sam right before the ceremony
And the rain came down…
I love this shot that John got of the young man serving the champagne
While I was shooting this, John was shooting this…
He did such great job shooting details! Thank you so much for your help baby!
